I have yet to read this manga
It's definitely horror, so if you're not into scary stuff it might not be for you, but it is peak.
I don't really mind horror. Though I do wonder how gay it is.
It's definitely gay, but it takes it's time and there's plenty of other things going on. Part of it is building the romance, part of it is fighting incomprehensible horrors, part of it is the mc being an utterly useless lesbian femcel.
