Even if all they do is make it illegal for school districts to require enrolled students to be vaccinated (or at least have a waiver), then the result is that vaccines will be dramatically less effective at preventing disease.

This quote from your link really pisses me off:

“He says, ‘If you give me the data, all I want is the data, and I’ll take on the data and show that it’s not safe,’” Lutnick said. “Let’s give him the data. I think it’ll be pretty cool to give him the data. Let’s see what he comes up with. I think it’s pretty fun.”

THAT'S NOT HOW FUCKING SCIENCE WORKS! You don't get to start with the premise "it's not safe" and then go looking for data to support your premise. You start with the data and go where it leads you. That data is already available, BTW, and has been for ages. RFJ Jr has already been shown the data and refused to accept it many times. He's convinced that some nameless agency is hiding the Truth from him.

Also, the idea of completely upending agencies that deal with public health so you can enforce your personal pet conspiracy theories is not "pretty fun." It's nightmare fuel.

Trump won't have the authority to pardon him for this. It's a local, civil case.

They tried, but he keeps moving shit.

Tape to Tape. It's a roguelite hockey game that has a big sense of humor.

Right? The 20th century ended almost a quarter of a century ago. So mad.

Accountability: : the quality or state of being accountable
especially : an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions

He's literally saying "this is my fault." That doesn't mean he's willing to suffer the consequences personally. Not defending his decisions, just pointing out that people seem to be misunderstanding what "accountable" means.

Yeah. Because wages have remained stagnant, or even decreased relative to prices. Inflation is supposed to be a response to people making more money, but that never happened. So now we're all just effectively poorer.

So it is "amoral" to tell women that they can make their own decisions. Thanks for clearing that up, Newt.

They'd probably start putting it in the water.

Hey, remember that former Trump aide and professional jackass, John McEntee, who said he didn't see any evidence of women being injured as a result of anti-abortion laws? Funnily enough, he has been conspicuously silent on the subject since. Instead, he's now making "jokes" about repealing the 19th amendment. A real piece of work.

It's the present in multiple states. It's the future they want for the entire country.
