Reminds me of how RTGame censors the word 'fuck' with the word 'Youtube' on videos posted to Youtube

Yep, users and communities can shift away to a new instance if they want. While the fact that there might be 3+ communities on different instances all covering the same topic is a weak point, it's also a strength in this regard, so it kind of evens out. And if you really want to, you can make your own instance.

Never smoked, edibles only, but anything but the weakest THC levels gives me an intense paranoia that I despise. However, if I do manage to get something with a stupidly low THC dosage, I get to enjoy it for its benefits. Mostly, it helps my brain let go of obsessive thinking. It's a bit like a muscle relaxing after holding it tight.

But damn is that a tightrope to walk. I absolutely do not blame you for never touching the stuff again.

Also one time I took an edible that was paired with melatonin and thought I was going to suffocate and die. (Then I slept for 10 hours.)

I feel like these have been rising in price too.

How come I never see people recommending Waterfox? Is it just not popular or is there some major flaw?

I was curious who voted, CNN says these are the ones:

The 10 Democrats who voted with Republicans to censure Green were: Ami Bera of California, Ed Case of Hawaii, Jim Costa of California, Laura Gillen of New York, Jim Himes of Connecticut, Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, Marcy Kaptur of Ohio, Jared Moskowitz of Florida, Marie Gluesenkamp Perez of Washington and Tom Suozzi of New York. I wish I had a better idea of industry norms. The company I originally worked at was willing to pay for udemy classes and similar and was known to put a couple of us up in important conferences where we could reap a lot of knowledge (and network.) Then we got bought and the new company doesn't pay for shit. Has an education "stipend" to reimburse you for things you pay out of pocket towards education/training, but it has a yearly cap.

I can't tell if I was privileged before the acquisition or just kind of fucked over afterwards.

There's bewholesome@lemmy.world (sorry not sure how to link a community) for wholesome memes, but I'm not sure this would qualify.

It was more of a knock off of power rangers if anything. (I think. Obviously it's been a long time.)
