I got tired of having my cables laying on the ground at work (industrial automation), so I made this. A variety of sizes and cable orientations for a variety of use cases. Clamp it securely to anything you can find, slot the cable into the retainer clip and twist it closed.

Changing AAA batteries, even rechargeable, was a pita, so I converted it using DIY USB-C battery charger board and down converter. Inner case replacement was printed with SLA printer.

Made several iterations to match double thread, screw holes and fit DIY boards with another half inside. Printing took 10gr of resin and 1h20m using Halot-Mage PRO. My second SLA printed model.

Can you wet sand PLA? (zerobytes.monster)

I have a print that requires a smooth surface, I've already printed it at high resolution so it's as smooth as the printer can handle, but I need it smoother. I know dry sanding is fine, but I also know PLA can absorb moisture. Is it wise to wet sand?

This is for the neck of a functional violin, I'm wanting to make sure that wet sanding won't have a negative effect on the rigidity of the neck. This is literally the most appropriate sub to ask such a question.
