I mean... If he was able to inspect damage in Tel Aviv, he wasn't only in the occupied territories, as that is pretty undisputed. And since the information where missiles actually hit is confidential (as public as it is to anyone actually being there), he committed a crime by reporting it. And for that, he was jailed. Which isn't exactly kidnapping since he was already there.

I mean... I don't think my (or anyone else's) taxes should go to a country who arrest people who report the factual news.
