Could just be a broadcast.. do a packet capture and tell us port numbers etc

I have disabled mcast on CoIoT and set it to my Home Assistant IP. Do they still send broadcast?

Packet Capture I have look into on how to do it on the WiFi network.

Use a tool like WireShark.
