Made the mistake of going for a run yesterday. Now full of painkillers, doomscrolling in bed.

Maybe stick to the lower impact exercise for a while…

I see someone else was brought under the bad influence of that "what hobby should everyone try" thread yesterday.

Considered trying a run myself, but then I remembered my feet are buggered and I'd die.
