There is no report feature yet. Most admins/mod teams I've seen respond to issues like these have said to report to them directly by direct message.
As others have said, DM'ing an admin is fine. There's also a report button for private messages as well.
Where do I find it? I'm using Connect but I couldn't find the button on desktop either.
i'm not sure about the Connect app but on desktop it should be right beside the "Read" checkmark:
