If that is true, then that is eliminating $Ts in GDP. Regulation costs are paid to people to comply with regulations. Make America smoggy again isn't going to be popular, and a clear sign of collapse.
After Chevron agencies no longer have deference. Under the law individuals are allowed to sue for environmental violations. Not just that, but we could poasibly have a new adminiatration in the future which could go back and fine the fuck out of companies and individuals.
