The show is coming back, and I'm anticipating a bit more activity on the community so I think it probably makes sense to hash this out now.

I included GoT in the title because there are a few references to the events of the Dance in GoT. Obviously if you want to find them it's easy to do so but I think it's important we have some structure in place so that people know where they stand.

If I was choosing I'd favour a tagging system, whereby posts have explicitly state that they can include or exclude spoilers.

Or maybe I'm overthinking it.

well i would say, put a spoiler's balise or alert in the title. Without exposing the spoiler, put the context, if thats coming from book, Got,
Example :

"[Spoiler] I just considered this from the book on the green..."
"[Spoiler] Just noticed this Regarding Rhaenerya from Got- E00S00"

Community for fans of the HBO show and Game of Thrones prequel: House of the Dragon.

The show follows George R Martin's "Dance of the Dragons" story, which has been outlined in various books including The World of Ice and Fire, and Fire and Blood. The main plot focuses on a brutal Targaryen civil war, and is set 200 years before the events of Game of Thrones.

Season 1 of the show started airing in August 2022, and consisted of 10 episodes released weekly.

Season 2 will begin in Summer of 2024, and will consist of 8 episodes. Showrunner Ryan Condal returns for Season 2, after the departing of Miguel Sapochnik.
