Dogs are omnivores like us and can do fine on a plant based diet. Sometimes even recommended for health reasons for dogs with anal gland issues.

Cats are a bit more complex but require taurine. Modern mass produced cat food is supplemented with synthetic taurine anyway so there isn’t much difference.

Bsky is more twitter like and less confusing than mastodon.

Bsky is federated too.

Just bridge them all together. Threads and nostr too. Then everyone can use what they want.

edit: seems this already exists. https://techcrunch.com/2024/07/09/openvibe-combines-mastodon-bluesky-and-nostr-into-one-social-app/

32% of autistic people are employed.

Which is wild to me because every autistic person I know is employed. (Some in tech, some in soul destroying call centre jobs; but everyone works). Most of them are AuADHD though and stats for ADHD are much better (70% employed)

The right does not hate Jews anymore. I work in a right space and it’s amazing how they all became zionists overnight. You still get anti semites of course but they are fringe.

Tommy Robinson said he’d fight in a war for Israel and has strong connections to Israel. United over a common enemy.

It also takes on more asylum seekers than any other council, and Scotland as a whole takes on more refugees per capita.

"However, across the whole of the UK, only 1,960 refugees were brought to Britain through the scheme during 2020 and 2021 – meaning Scotland’s share totalled 13 per cent, well above the population share of 8.15 per cent."

"As of 11 July 2022 a total of 21,256 visas have been issued naming a Scottish sponsor – more than 20% of the UK total, and the highest number per head of population in the UK. Scotland is currently providing sanctuary for over 7,000 people, two-thirds of whom applied under the Scottish super sponsor scheme. This exceeds the 3,000 the Scottish Government committed to welcome when the scheme launched in March."

You shouldn’t be allowed to promote violence and hatred without consequence especially with straight up disinformation.

It’s a matrix clone with built in bridging so you’re only using the matrix protocol technically.

Crypto is cypherpunk not cyberpunk.

You can create new alternative economic systems outwith existing monetary systems. Global mutual credit, local exchange trading systems, etc. There are plenty of solarpunks and leftists in crypto and have been since the start.
