In the task where they had to count the seats in the cinema Andy Zaltzman says "one" while he's talking. That should have been his accepted answer.

It changed the winner of the series from Jack to Andy.

Someone in the YouTube comments did a deep dive and found out it wouldn't have changed anything. In the worst case for Andy, he would've been bumped down to third for the task and still won overall.
