If Australia wouldn‘t be home to the most deadly animals and gigantic insects, I‘d go there.

Yeah, nah. I wouldn't go too far with that. We've still got plenty of bigoted assholes.

Plus most of our scary wildlife will keep clear of humans. Bears, mountain lions and armed citizens scare me way more than brown snakes and funnel web spiders.

I'm Victorian, funnel webs are more of a northern problem. Melbourne and Sydney are probably the more tolerant cities but both still have racism and LGBTQ+phobic people. I think mostly angry meth heads looking for anyone they can be mean to.
