It is not really the opposite, the "don't tread on me"-pissflag is from a slave trader, the US cops originate from slave catchers.
It was used against the British during the American Revolution. Saying it is the same as supporting police allows zero historical understanding or nuance. Everyone in America originated from the Revolution as all were affected.

Idk, seems pretty easy to simply not use the slogan since it apparently originated from a slave trader. Not exactly the best slogan anyway. Incredibly vague, like anti-boot I guess in connotation, which isn't the worst thing ever outside of any historical context of its origins.
