In Germany, older ppl sometimes use the term "Busenfreunde"

LOL, not exactly. It's just that you can combine as many nouns as you want. The fact that you can turn pretty much any verb into a noun (Substantivierung) doesn't help with complexity XD
EDIT: e.g. German doesn't have specific words for vehicle or plane, it's just "stuff that drives" (Fahrzeug) or "stuff that flies" (Flugzeug) it's rly fun and allows for a lot of nuance, but can be rly confusing at times (even to native speakers)
Or the fact that "Rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz" is a perfectly valid noun LMAO
Yeah I don’t know any German but I know combining words is basically the language which leads to some fun direct translations
