They don't need a tear down. They need a new OC because the current one has been figured out by the NFL. His play calling has become too predictable. They just need their injured defensive starters to come back. Bills' defense without Milano has always been pathetic. This is one of the achilles heels of McDermott's defense. Without Milano it just doesn't function well. Once Milano, White, and Jones comes back next year that D will be better. Replace Ken Dorsey. He's too young too inexperienced.
