Ungrateful for my neighbour. He's not mowing his lawn today, but he's making all sorts of noise in his garage. Dude, just stop it.

I am ungrateful for the nice weather today because I could've had sheets on the line. Tomorrow is gonna be shit and raining.

Missed opportunity to use a frowny face

I'm ungrateful that the cops still haven't called me and my org is still trying to shirk responsibility for the burglary and property damage

The nurse who keeps turning all the lights on then leaving the area.

The joke of a vege meal.

Sneezing like a mad thing. Normal allergies or toxic fire stuff? No idea. Don’t like it.

every time I visit Richmond the town seems a little poorer, more closed shops, more people in dire straits. Overheard some guys sitting around discussing their favourite home made dinners. ( The homeless don't cook. ) πŸ˜”

The downside of working in the office in winter is I simply don't have the capacity to make and eat breakfast - I refuse to eat a cold breakfast and I can barely get up in time to get to work on time, let alone allow for breakfast.

Pretty much every weekday I've ended up unintentionally fasting from like 8pm to 11am... I get around it with coffee but I don't think it's great for my mental health in the mornings.

I need to think of something that I can heat and eat in the car (for my job with the longer commute) or in the office (for the other job). Maybe leftover pasta/fried rice for brekky.

Since you have a car, these should do the trick

Only had one coffee this morning and it went down like nothing. Could really go another coffee right now!

So typically I find motivation to train legs challenging. A leg day is usually about 1 hour and 20 min (leg day just comes with a lot of time setting up and racking /re-racking weights etc).

Thinking about splitting that into two seperate days because it's a bit easier to motivate yourself for shorter time.

Fuck me I forgot how fucking fiery the Maesri green curry paste is faaaaark. I added coconut sugar and as much coconut milk powder as I could but the latter is weaksauce. 3 pappadums did not help πŸ₯΅

Reminds me of the time I ate wasabi peas. Pure hell.
