#Firefox doesn't need any new features to be more attractive for users, it just needs to make CSS theming more accessible
Well, that sure is an opinion. Realistically, though, people don't give a crap about customization. To be more attractive for users they need a massive marketing campaign which convinces people why they should ditch Chrome. Which is not gonna happen, so enjoy Firefox while you can.
