Videos should be landscape, 4:3 preferably, not portrait.
When I turn on a computer, it should be ready (and pref say READY) in a few seconds, not minutes and need Internet access.
Email should be fully punctuated, have correct grammar and a premise, argument, and conclusions.
I'm tolerant on short SMS or pager texts, but if it's used as immediate mail, all texts, IM, and social media messages should also be like #3.

As someone who's been computer bound for the last 30 years it was a big shock that when I recently dropped a hefty sum on my latest pc with all the top of the line processor, gpu, cooling, and more memory and power than I've ever had at my fingertips... and it takes 3 and a half minutes longer to load than my last one.

My ye old ass trait is to take sunglasses off when talking face to face with someone, looking people in the eyes creates a more connected conversation.
