In my time in Helsinki, I remember people complaining to me about how short the days are there and how they wish the days were longer. In the arctic circle, it must be so much shorter during the winter!

At least to Rovaniemi tourists comes mostly in winter Snow, reindeers, snow safaris and so on... And of course Santa Claus

I spent a couple of winters in Fairbanks Alaska, and was quite surprised with just how hot it gets up there in the summer, even as far north as the Arctic Circle.
