after hidden camera catches him ~~sneaking~~ breaking into rival's locked office

Pretty forgiving language in that headline.

Fuck, I just love how he says the devil made me do it and cannot even take personal responsibility for his actions.

Exactly the type of person you want in a position of power over others...

"I let the devil creep into my mind and let my insecurities take over. I have asked God and my family to forgive me..."

The devil did it... God and my family said I'm good though.

I know there are anime characters with hairs like that, but it reminded me of Dr. Eggman.

Dr. Eggman, furious

Devil made him do it

What disqualifies him for being a viable sheriff isn't that he's a ratfucker. It's because he couldn't get any of his fellow ratfuck deputies to do his dirty work for him.

Well that and getting caught.

[-] roguetrick@kbin.social 6 points 1 year ago

A real leader gets caught and finds someone to throw under the bus.

[-] FuglyDuck@lemmy.world -1 points 1 year ago

nuhuh. A good leader has enough experience to not get caught, and formulate plans that keep their goons from getting caught.

A bad leader... they get their goons nipped everytime.

This guy has no goons and isn't a leader. To get goons, you have to show you can be successful... by not getting caught.

He’s still in the race to be the next Jackson County sheriff.

Let’s see if he wins

I wonder if he's going to make attack ads

[-] CarbonIceDragon@pawb.social 7 points 1 year ago

Sounds like he tried pulling a Nixon.

I read that at first as Capt. Dale Dillhole. I guess I wasn't wrong.
