Didn't he retire? Also don't forget all the racist shit

[–] SirSamuel@lemmy.world 6 points 2 months ago (2 children)

I'm ootl, what racist stuff?

I mean, I'm familiar with bitch lasagna, but i imagine it's worse than that, considering another commenter called him a Nazi

This is a genuine question, btw. I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't "it" anymore, and what is "it" is weird and scary to me

He played PUBG at the height of popularity and yelled the n-word live on the famous bridge where people die all the time on the original map.

I'm probably missing more since that was a single outburst.

There is nothing more, hence that event is the only one people bring up.

Everyone forgot that Wallstreet journal had their own brief smear campaign where they collaged everything they could pull out of context.

You are not missing anything else. That's the only instance of him saying that word.

And I don't think there have never been a racist discourse, ever, in any of his videos.

Afaik back in like 2014 or smth he got really mad and said nigger on stream. When confronted he claimed that he just said the most vile thing he could thing of out of anger, and that it reflected the idea that he doesnt agree with that philosophy more than the idea that he does.

He dipped his toes into waters of Open Source and has been accidentally enlightened. Many such cases.

[–] thesohoriots@lemmy.world 4 points 2 months ago

It’s a…bridge too far?

[–] Zier@fedia.io 0 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Clickbait. Desperate youtubers always do this to get people to re-engage.

[–] MBech@feddit.dk 16 points 2 months ago

His videos mostly get around 3m views, I don't think he's that desperate...
