These stories here are pretty horrific. Awful customer service for insurance claims.

They’re double dipping. They sell you the insurance then take your money and deny your claim. Then you have to pay them whatever price they come up with for repairs.

I've never met anyone with higher praise than "They paid the claim" for an insurance provider.
