Americans have been flooded with lots of news.

Report is tend to based on verifiable facts, returned victims are inconvenient to verify.

Americans are simply new to this phenomenon and don’t know how to interpret/imagine. In a few generations, when trump dynasty is over, we will see documentaries about how this works systematically and what news have reported are just tip of the iceberg.
