does anyone have links to something with pictures and more about what the gameboy like device does? I have heard about it a couple times now but nobody ever says more then this

No idea, but based on the CVE I'm guessing flipper zero.

They said it costs "€20,000" but I wonder if writer misread the price, but a flipper is $200 USD.
