LTSC can be downloaded from here.

I use it myself. I refuse to use 11 and this version of 10 gives me a little extra time before I have to jump to Linux

It's supported until 2032 or something, but will start having compatibility issues before that probably.

Someone needs to make foolproof step by step guide for normies on how to backup important stuff then switch to linux mint
