Such a thing exists in Amsterdam as well. From what I've read, it helps against poisoning etc quite a lot.
Quite funnily, it also acts as a consumer protection. If word gets out that a dealer's product is bad, people will stop buying from them haha
Fuck if you don’t need a way to distinguish between people who live in Victoria, and the Victorian era. I was scratching my head as to why there needs to be a distinct service to test pills from over a century ago, until I read the community name
