Does it exist? Or do i have to use another password manager only for passkeys?

Oh, my bad. You're right, KeePassXC DOES support passkeys, but it's mobile alternative that i use (KeePassDX) doesn't.

For mobile, you might be stuck using Google or Apple's password manager. I tried getting anything else to work but my Samsung phone automatically forces Google's password manager to handle passkeys.

I use a self hosted Bitwarden on mobile. Works fine across devices,

If you use iOS Strongbox does support passkeys.

This is exactly what i need, but for android.

It has nothing to do with KeepassXC, it's still early development and you won't be able to backup or extract your passkeys because it stores them in the hardware secure element on the phone (if it's available), but it works: https://git.noisruker.de/Juhu1705/open-passkey-authenticator
