My guess is around August 30th Trumps health started to drastically decline. Would explain why JD Vance suddenly tweeted he was ready to take over if anything went wrong. With the signs of stroke I’ll be surprised if he makes it past midterms.

They used AI for his Kirk speech, so he's not well enough to speak right now

I just watched the whole thing and I dont see any remarkable face dropping. He seems tired and mostly just reads the teleprompters, more so than usual. But not sick.
