It is quite odd, the press-release from the _German_ Federal Ministry cited above is 1) not published in German, 2) this English version is set (stealthily) among German publication, and 3) no mainstream German media reports about it, at least online.

🤔 As if the Ministry wished to keep it as secret as possible …🙊
