What did he actually choke on? It doesn’t seem like “eating around” meat would cause someone to choke.
It seems the airline definitely fucked up in various ways, though. One, vegetarians can’t just “eat around” a dish with meat since it would have juices and fat etc on the other stuff, I suppose depending what it was. Also the arctic circle vs Wisconsin issue.
