Since they revealed these guidelines, they shouldn't ask for idiotic things like yearbook photos right? On another note, I am extremely wary of sharing financial capacity to immigration officers. Seems like a way for them to see who they can get bribes from.

I think your right this must have been the original guidelines they just list them out now. One thing is for sure it does look overwelming.
