I know this is a long shot given the enshittification of everything these days, but I'd really love to avoid another subscription just to buy groceries. I also don't know if this is even going to be a long diet, IBS is just close enough to the symptoms I have that my PCP wants me to try the diet to see if it helps. I don't have lots of time or space to be cooking every meal either, so I need to be able to grab quick eats from the grocery store, so I figured I'd see if there's any good apps out there that can help me identify which of my normal groceries I should start replacing. TIA!

I have had pretty bad pain all week in my stomach. And today I started to actually feel sick.

It seems like my ibs/gastritis ridden stomach feels all of this happening miles before anything even happens. Anyone else have similar exp?

The doctors told me I had irritable bowel syndrome. And the only thing a noticed that actually works is to eat the least amount of fiber as possible. And to avoid everything that is "enriched" with fiber. I can eat some vegetables or legumes with almost no problem but I tend not to eat too much of those. This way I can live almost like I was before being diagnosed. Everywhere I read that eating fiber is good and I can't find anyone else that shares my experience.
