Regardless, some nut's opinion hardly says much. He also made Corn Flakes to make people stop masturbating.
EDIT: Looks like he may have been behind the circumcision of children in the US, though that is disputed. It seems the nut mostly saw it as a way to stop masturbation.
So, still irrelevant to what I've said.
You could try making your point instead of just joking. You're just convincing me you're a troll.

So, he advocated for circumcision for uncleanliness and masturbation which is, of course, absurd. But it seems for phimosis it generally is the last resort once all else has failed.
Not what's happening in what we're discussing, and also not what mutilation means.
