It could be artists side project.
Doing a clay sculpture at home, doing a negative cast in plaster, and then the positive one in silicone wouldn't be that difficult for something that size.
If the negative plaster cast holds up you could get multiple silicone dildos out of it. (The clay original is destroyed in the process)
