The something is not scrubbing out all the oils with alkaline cleaners every single day forever.
Yup. I only wash my hair with water. No shampoo. We never needed that shit in the first place
You should clean your hair to limit bacterial growth and remove pests. You just don't need to strip the oils out daily.
Once a month when I go to the barber shop. Or if I really need to clean my hair, I use baking soda.
No really I have clean hair. No smell, not greasy, soft and strong. But I have to wash it every day with clean water and brush it. That's it
I remember the trustafarians in college 20 years ago that would claim your hair naturally cleans itself and it doesn't smell.
They always smelled.

You and I have VERY different hair then. My hair is horrific if I get it wet and don't soap it.
Exactly, my hair will morph into every possible haircut at once as soon as it get's wet and then dries without having been soaped.
i have long hair and it's horrific when i take care of it. without all the gross oils and sticks and rocks my hair balloons
