It's a lot clearer in the vids that it's glowing from within.

Burn hazard likely.

As I recall, it was fiberoptics. So the heat source is far away from the boobflesh.

It's not glowing from within, she may have implants but you can do it with regular boobs and regular implants. The rest is correct.
