Also includes "you can't park there, sir" for the police equivalent.

Rules:

No deaths or serious injuries because who would be around to get told they couldn't park there?

Haha, what a douche. And I don't usually say that, but he's yelling "fuck off" to someone filming.

If that were me, I'd smile at the camera and say something funny.

Because I've been that guy, just not with an expensive car.
