Thanks I had it custom designed for my work (these are for shipping posters) the triangle shape is resistant to crushing and isn't subject to non-machineable surcharges. FedEx doesn't like the round tubes.

I bought a poster at a Widespread Panic show recently and it came with a shitty rectangular "tube" that creased the poster. I can see how triangular tubes would be a better option

I've done a lot of work researching and analysis to end up at this design. I don't have the CAD but can post dims if anyone reading this ships lots of posters :P

Also about $.40 cents bulk from China.
