How about you don't try to dictate how sexual assault victims "should" act?
It's called a statute of limitations. Look it up.
You're dismissing how victims feel in favor of you telling them how you think they should act again. Do better, my friend. Not everyone has had the same experiences you have had and would act how you think they should act all of the time.
