I don't get the star trek side of this reference, but you gotta love Jenna. From her perspective, Jack just asked to fuck her, and her only hesitation was she wanted to pee first.
Knowing Jenna though, she'd probably get turned on if he had followed up with "No. Hold it, bitch."
