Tbh zucchini is a low tier vegie.
(I planted it because it makes a lot of food.)
You take that back! Zucchinis are one of the most versatile veg out there. And delicious.
Idk I found them watery and tasteless, only really good as filler in a slice or meatloaf. I prefer pumpkin, spinach, carrots, broccoli, any of that.
I just wanted a crop I wouldn’t screw up and a lot of veg to give
Zucchini lasagne, zucchini boats, zucchini slice. Can't live without them. Love em.
Zucchini slice is the best.
