How do you get the Lemmy apps (lemmynsfw.com)

Thank you all that gave me suggestions on Lemmy apps for web or iOS , so noob/ dumb here it takes to to git hub for all than I’m lost on how to get the apps I’m lost

I use Thunder, and it's on both iOS and Android, and it has poll notifications, at least on Android, every 15 minutes. It checks to see if there's anything new, and we'll tell you. Obviously, if you don't want notifications at all, you can disable that.
