I have a massive crick in my neck and had maybe an hour proper sleep. Today is not going to be fun.

That sounds like me yesterday. I was on the verge of calling in sick, but went in and felt better after a few hours (and after a couple of panadol and coffee). I'm hoping for the same result for you today.
