Wait—that’s not true, right? If it were doubling zero, it would stay zero, but “double digit growth” would be like adding at least 10 to the zero, right?

Yeah, but the statement wasn’t “multiplying growth,” it was just “double digit growth.” So, sure, multiplying 0 by any number stays zero, but adding to it does grow it. “Double digit growth” is basically +10 or more. Not 10x0, but 0+10(+).
