Oh we spend money on infra. We built a whole new metro tunnel! But putting fences around the lines to stop major disruptions? No can do bro.

Also the leaser of the the CROWN LAND of the airport wants to screw the taxpayer, and apparently we're just letting that happen like a bunch of suckers.
