You don't even need a pizza stone, I use a granite tile I got at the home improvement store
in my experience just a regular metal oven pan is enough, like yeah it won't look exactly like a wood fired pizza but i for one don't generally fucking look at the bottom of the pizza as i am too busy eating it
A pizza stone gives you a super crisp bottom crust while leaving the middle chewy
ah, i think our pizza is too thin for that. The bottom is like.. 5mm thick maybe? Not much there that can be chewy and that role is filled by the toppings anyways.
are you talking about like, deep dish pizza or whatever?
Regular hand tossed or hand spread, not thin crust
