Lol, what the dude said and the headline are completely different ๐Ÿ˜‚. The commander has a seemingly level headed take that there might very well be a stalemate, but the headline is so out of whack.

Kiyv Independent is basically Ukrainian version of Weekly World News. Pretty sure they brought us the Ghost of Kiyv banger as well.
