Man gym regulars are the best hype men you'll ever meet. Always positive and encouraging, ready to spot you, will give you props on your progress. Even for an introvert like me, the gym is great!

Most people you'll run into at a gym, are the kinds of people who actually go to the gym. As in, people who are serious about self-improvement and maintenance.
People like that are more often than not the supportive type.
Yeah mine just has people scurrying in and out and ALWAYS HOGGING MY MACHINESSSSSSSS
Also it has the thigh machines facing the windows which... Is a choice. And then they wonder why the women don't use them.
