Wellington restaurant turns food waste into pay-what-you-want delicious burgers
(www.nzherald.co.nz)
Being "zero waste" means that we adopt steps towards reducing personal waste and minimizing our environmental impact.
Our community places a major focus on the 5 R's: refuse, reduce, reuse, recycle, and rot. We practice this by reducing consumption, choosing reusable goods, recycling, composting, and helping each other improve.
We also recognize excess CO₂, other GHG emissions, and general resource usage as waste.
I hate burgers that are hard to eat because they’re so tall and wobbly. I think you fail when you cannot make a easy to eat burger.
You clearly missed the point here
I’m just talking about that photo, not what the article is saying or what those burgers look like.
I don’t like tall burgers. 🤷♂️
That's fair. If I have to take it apart before I can eat it, it's totally outside the burger zeitgeist. I've started asking cafes to describe their burgers to me before I order one.
If the burger is so tall that I pull a muscle in my jaw, and have to move my mouth in a specific and awkawrd way to avoid this, then it's too tall.
Go wider, bigger buns, not taller if you want a big burger. It feels bigger than a tall burger anyway and fits in your hands more satisfyingly
I like big buns, and I cannot lie.
My anaconda don't want none unless you got buns hun!
My anaconda is trying to cut back on carbs, so it doesn't mind not having any buns at all.
